We investigated the possibility of using nolvadex with Tamoxifen (Aldhiclone®) for treating estrogen-positive breast cancer in a high-risk population.

We also measured the changes in the IPSS from baseline to EoT, with a total of 4,931 IPSS questions and an overall score of 12 (the standard score). In a subgroup of patients with advanced breast cancer, the IPSS, the overall score and the overall changes over time were assessed.
Results: In the subgroup of patients with advanced breast cancer, there were 20 patients who discontinued therapy due to adverse events (n = 736, 5.1%) or withdrew due to the adverse events (n = 724, 5.1%), with a mean age of 63 years and a median PSA of 1.2 ng/mL.
